Accessibility statement
Reviewed 12 October 2026
Kemora aims to make editorial information usable by people with different abilities, devices, languages, and browsing preferences. We use semantic headings, visible focus states, descriptive alternative text for editorial images, readable contrast, responsive layouts, and controls that can be reached with a keyboard.
. Accessibility commitment
We review page structure, link purpose, form labels, colour contrast, responsive behaviour, and the clarity of instructions. Some content may depend on third-party hosting or browser behaviour, and we continue to improve the experience rather than claiming perfection. Readers can report a barrier by contacting the editorial desk with the page address, device, browser, and a description of what happened. Useful reports may include the heading or control involved, the assistive technology in use, the keyboard steps that failed, and whether a text alternative would help. We treat accessibility information as a service request and limit it to details needed to investigate the reported issue. The editorial team aims to acknowledge a report within five working days and, where practical, provide a clear workaround or status update within 15 working days. Changes are prioritised according to impact, frequency, technical complexity, and whether the issue prevents access to essential information.
Response and review
We aim to acknowledge accessibility reports during the regular working week and record useful corrections. This statement was reviewed on 12 October 2026 and is scheduled for review in October 2027. Reports are used only to investigate the reported barrier, coordinate a response, and improve the relevant page unless the sender separately asks for another action. A report may be shared with a hosting or accessibility specialist when that is necessary, with only the technical details required to reproduce the issue. The team aims to acknowledge a report within five working days and provide a status update or practical alternative within 15 working days where feasible. Readers may request a plain-text copy of a specific page or ask for help locating an existing alternative by contacting Jalan Merdeka 15, Menteng, Central Jakarta, Jakarta 10340, Indonesia, or +62 813 6789 2145.
